+ Will my program really be made by my coach?
Yes! Every program is custom made by Coach Peter based on your goals, access to gym equipment, and workout availability. An in-house nutritionist works along side your coach to create custom meal plans designed to fit your needs
+ How many days a week do I need to train?
This will be up to you and Coach Peter. Finding time to train is not always easy, but by investing in yourself and committing to the workouts, you will begin to see the changes you have been working so hard on achieving.
+ What is the commitment period like?
3 months! Great things take time, and allowing yourself 3 months to fully commit to a program is the average time span needed to see real physical change. Throughout this time your goals and needs may change, and your coach will be there right by your side to keep your program fun, challenging, and in line with your goals.
+ What is the price?
Every client’s needs are different, and so we proudly offer packages that are priced to fit your custom program accordingly. Once you fill out the questionnaire above, you will hear from Coach Peter’s assistant directly so that you can set up a time to talk goals, hurdles, workout experience, and pricing.
